Standard and Exotic Materials

We work with aluminium, steel (including stainless), titanium, inconel, copper, brass, plastics, etc.

High Complexity Parts

Experienced programmers and advanced machines such as Multiaxis Integrex, 3 to 5 axis mills, multi axis mill turns, Swiss machine centers, and multi axis grinding allow us to handle complexity with ease.

In House Engineering/Reverse Engineering

We can build your parts from a blueprint or solid model. We can also reverse engineer an existing part or prototype design. No drawing, model, or part? No problem! We can work with you to take your part from an idea to a reality.

One-off or Long Term Runs

Need a one-off odd part made? How about 10,000 identical units every six months for the next five years for mass distribution? We can help. No job is too big, or too small.

Assembly

Quality First

We offer high quality machined and finished components so the ability to assemble and test adds great value to our customers. Every project we do goes through a rigorous risk process to ensure that the products delivered are manufactured and assembled to exceed customer expectations. CMF not only assembles products, we also have expertise in VMI and supplier portal schedule management. All of these things combined make sure our customers get the products they want, when they want them, every time.

Metal Finishing

About

CMF started its business with anodizing in 2008, and now offers a variety of services to finish your metallic and plastic parts. We can take your machined part and turn it into a color coded fitting, impregnated with dry film for anti-seizing, or we can simply passivate your stainless parts. Depending on the process, we can offer expedited processing within half a business day so that your delivery is on time.

We continue to add processes to meet our customers' needs, and we have quadrupled our capacity in the recent years.

In addition to the common processes and specifications listed under services, we process many other customer standards. If you do not see the process specification listed, please ask!
